We perceive branding not as a purely commercial tool but as a living, multilayered entity, a structure with its own memory, narrative, and autonomous identity, evolving within cultural contexts and deepening in meaning over time. This perspective forms the foundation of my approach to design, curation, and brand strategy.
The core of my practice lies in design as the re-creation of meaning through form, a reflective act unfolding within a deliberate silence between identity and its audience. What matters to me is the creation of identities not for instant consumption, but for lived experience, pause, and sustained contemplation.
Since 2019, the atelier has entered a new phase with the formation of its first independent product design brand, Dooneh Atelier. This trajectory has evolved through projects positioned at the intersection of experiential design, limited product creation, and the curation of interdisciplinary initiatives, shaped by lived experience, artistic sensitivity, and the courage to step away from dominant, short-lived trends and consumer-driven aesthetics.
My approach is informed by years of experience, research, and hands-on engagement in the fields of graphic design and branding. This journey has shaped a perspective that is analytical, adaptive, and intuitive, one in which meaning is completed through form, intuition guides creativity, and strategy serves to deepen experience rather than being reduced to a mere tool for selling products or services.
MZAD ATELIER collaborates with brands and projects that seek lasting distinction rather than temporary appeal, those that embrace complexity, silence, and layered depth, and are committed to building a sustainable identity through time and reflection.
